Trainee/Junior Associate

You will be joining a well-established and dynamic Chartered Accountant's firm in Kochi as a Trainee/Junior Associate. The firm offers a wide range of services including audit and assurance, taxation, financial consultancy, corporate law, and more. Quality services to clients are a priority for the firm, and a learning environment is fostered for the team. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in conducting statutory audits and internal audits for clients, handling Income Tax returns, GST compliance, and other tax filings, preparing financial statements and reports, supporting company law filings, assisting in corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate matters, preparing various reports for clients, working closely with senior team members on accounting and audit matters, and staying updated on tax laws, accounting standards, and corporate laws. To be eligible for this role, you must have completed CA Inter, ICWA (CMA) Inter, or CS Inter. Knowledge of accounting, taxation, and auditing practices is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, ability to work in a team environment, proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software are required.
