Role & responsibilities TRAINEE/FRESHER REQUIRED FOR SOLAR ROOFTOP INSTALLATION & COMMISSION AND O&M AND SOLAR ROOFTOP SALES/MARKETING PERSON: We are 20, a renowned solar company that has completed 85 MW solar rooftop installations in the industrial sector in 12 Indian states . Looking for INSTALLATION & COMMISSION AND O&M parsons for solar rooftop projects for PAN India including in each district of Haryana, Punjab, UP, Rajasthan, MP, and Delhi NCR for the following posts: Solar PV rooftop Panel Installation Technician & helper Or Fresher: JOB DESCRIPTION: Solar Panel Installation Technician with competence for mechanical, civil and Electrical installation of rooftop Solar PV Power Plants as well as maintaining them with Maintaing Personal Health & Safety at project site. Able to check, configure, install, inspect, test, and commission different components of photovoltaic systems rooftop, that meet the performance and reliability needs of customers by incorporating quality craftsmanship and complying with all applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements. Solar Panel Installation Technician is responsible for installing solar panels at the customers premises. The individual at work checks the installation site, understands the layout requirement as per design, assesses precautionary measures to be taken, installs the solar panel as per the customer’s requirement and ensures the effective functioning of the system post-installation. Solar Panel Installation Technician is responsible for fixing frames and junction box in the solar module. The individual at work prepares the solar module for final assembly, frames the module and fixes the junction box with cables on the rear side of the module. The individual is also responsible for connecting the tabbing wire from the module to the junction box and soldering them. Qualification: Installation Technician: FRESHER ITI ELECTRICIAN / DIPLOMA ELECTRICAL or with 1 to 3 yrs exp in mechanical, civil and Electrical installation of rooftop Solar PV Power Plants / Equipment as well as Maintaining them. Installation helper: ITI Electrician / Diploma with 1 yr exp or Fresher in mechanical, civil and Electrical installation of rooftop Solar PV Power Plants / Equipment as well as Maintaining them. Has the competence for actively assisting the client by weekly meeting with client by site visits as required (PAN INDIA ) for achieving 100% satisfaction by adopting smart client management practices and Responds to emergency call from clients. Assist the sales staff to screen and qualify the feasibility of energy efficiency and Solar PV opportunities JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TRAINEE/FRESHER SOLAR ROOFTOP SALES/MARKETING PERSON: Create the estimates of existing regional market potential for rooftop/captive solar projects. LEAD GENERATION, visit at client site to have site survey to take drawing & estimation, calculation etc Ensure prompt follow-up with customers for orders, commercial terms, payments, approvals, problem resolution, etc. Create a roadmap for new product business development, initiate actions for generating sales. Provide/organize sales support, monitor status, and ensure achievement on a sustained basis. Should be proficient in networking and relationship management with clients. 1. •Should have good negotiating skills.Should have knowledge of general solar PV technology and rooftop market knowledge. Desired Profile- Graduate in any Esteem prefer in Marketing /BBA FRESHER or with Min 1 to 2 Experience in the Solar Rooftop in Industries Sector with utility and renewable experience.
