Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Chemistry Graduate to join our Warehouse team at the API Production site. As a Warehouse Trainee, you'll assist with managing raw materials, finished goods, and inventory while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This role is perfect for someone looking for hands-on experience in warehouse operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities: Material Handling & Storage: Help receive, store, and issue raw materials and finished products. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensure proper storage, and assist with stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO). Documentation: Maintain accurate records of material receipts, dispatches, and warehouse activities. Warehouse Operations: Assist with loading, unloading, packaging, and preparing goods for shipment. Quality Assurance: Ensure materials and goods meet GMP standards, focusing on cleanliness and safety. Safety & Compliance: Follow Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations for a safe working environment. Stock Audits & Reporting: Help with stock audits and inventory reconciliations. Collaboration: Work with Production, Quality Control, and other departments to ensure smooth material flow.
