About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Technology to join our team. The person will undergo training and gradually contribute to real technology projects. This is ideal for fresh graduates or those with limited experience, who are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in structured training programs to understand company standards, processes, and tools.
Assist senior engineers in design, development, and testing of software components or systems.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under supervision.
Debugging and resolving defects / issues in existing code.
Assist with integration of front-end and back-end modules.
Learn and follow coding standards, version control, code reviews.
Assist in documentation: technical specs, user manuals, deployment guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, DevOps) to gain broad exposure.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies, best practices, and bring in ideas.
