Role Overview: As a Trainee Sales Manager , you’ll support sales operations by engaging with leads, promoting travel packages, and learning real-world customer relationship strategies. This is an in-office role with training and a performance-based opportunity for full-time employment. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify sales leads Communicate with potential clients (calls, emails, social media) Promote travel packages and current offers Prepare quotations and travel itineraries Maintain customer records in CRM Follow up with leads and assist the sales team Understand customer needs and recommend solutions Participate in training sessions What We Offer: Salary: ₹7,500-15,000 per month Duration: 4 Month Internship for fresher/ Full time for experienced Working Days: Thursday to Tuesday ( Wednesday Off ) Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch Break: 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM) Certification: Internship certificate on successful completion(for Interns) Job Opportunity: Performance-based permanent role (up to ₹20,000/month)(for Interns) Training: Sales techniques, CRM tools, and customer handling Who Can Apply: Freshers Can also Apply Students or recent graduates interested in sales or the travel industry Strong communication skills in Hindi & English Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven individuals Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools) Available for full-time, in-office internship with immediate joining Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Work Location: In person
