Trainee Recruiter (Fresher)

We are hiring Trainee Recruiter (HR Fresher) (Excellent communication skill is mandatory.

Work Type : Work From Office

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Sourcing candidates using multiple job portals

* Screening resumes of the candidates based on the job description available

* Calling the shortlisted candidates to know their interest about the job opening

* Organizing candidates to attend the interviews

* Handling emails, cold calling, arranging interviews, follow-ups etc...

* Follow up with candidates for joining

* Client handling

* Excellent communication is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
