Trainee Presales

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the presales team in preparing technical presentations, proposals, and product demos for clients.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into AV solution designs.
• Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise during meetings and client interactions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and project teams to prepare system architecture and specifications.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on AV technologies and competitors.
• Help troubleshoot basic technical queries related to AV products and solutions.
• Participate in training and certification programs to deepen AV technology knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of audio-visual systems including display technologies, audio systems, signal processing, and control systems.
• Familiarity with AV equipment such as projectors, LED walls, mixers, microphones, and distribution amplifiers is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to presales activities or internships related to technical sales.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and integration of AV with IT systems.
• Ability to create clear, technical documentation and presentations.
