Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in tracking social media platforms, blogs, and forums for various of the brand. Help measure public sentiment and analyze feedback from customers and audiences. Help create and schedule positive content (posts, tweets, emails) to improve brand reputation. Assist in engaging with followers and responding to basic inquiries or comments. Support in reviewing customer feedback and identifying potential issues or complaints. Assist in drafting professional responses to negative comments under supervision. Help monitor and identify possible online reputation threats or crises. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
