ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the strategic planning and execution of high-impact software projects leveraging Node.js technology Drive innovation by exploring emerging trends and technologies in Node.js development and advocating for their adoption where applicable Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and market needs Provide mentorship and guidance to development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Oversee the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and secure backend applications using Node.js Ensure adherence to industry best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes throughout the development lifecycle Champion a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the development organization Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables, and ensure timely and successful project execution REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Proven track record of leading successful software development initiatives from conception to delivery Extensive expertise in building and architecting complex backend applications using Node.js frameworks such as Express.js Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive innovation Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges Minimum of 5 years of executive-level experience in Node.js development or related technical leadership roles Experience working in agile environments and driving continuous improvement initiatives
