Trainee Operator

We are looking for young and energetic Freshers to join our New factory located at Selakarichal, Palladam - Chettipalayam Frontier Road, Coimbatore .

This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who have completed technical education (ITI/Diploma/BE) interested to work in a fabrication industry especially in fitting or welding or fabrication and are willing to undergo hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Fitters and welders in daily welding and fabrication tasks.
• Help in assembling machine frames and fabricated structures as per drawings.
• Learn and perform basic Fitting and welding techniques under supervision.
• Prepare, clean, and set up metal components before any process.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain all the equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Participate in on-the-job training sessions to improve technical and safety skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the welding area.

Educational Qualification:

Both Freshers & Experienced are Welcome to apply.

• ITI in Welder / Fitter / Fabrication (or)
• Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering
• If interested - BE Mechanical / Production / Automobile (With / Without Arrear),

Key Skills Required:

• Eagerness to learn and adapt
• Ability to read simple mechanical drawings (preferred)
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail
• Safety-conscious and team-oriented attitude
