Trainee Operator / Associate

As a HiPCO Reactor System Operator, your role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining HiPCO reactor systems according to SOPs and production schedules to ensure product quality, process stability, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor HIPCO reactor systems, valves, Compressor, Chiller, and associated equipment as per process instructions. - Maintain logbooks and record process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and reaction time. - Conduct routine checks on the reactor and utility systems, and report any abnormalities or deviations. - Assist in reactor startup, shutdown, and cleaning operations. - Handle raw materials, catalyst charging, and product transfer as instructed. - Follow all standard safety protocols including PPE usage, emergency shutdown procedures, and chemical handling. - Support preventive maintenance activities and collaborate with maintenance teams for any equipment issues. - Adhere strictly to batch records, SOPs, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Participate in training programs and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications Required: - Basic understanding of mechanical equipment such as Compressor, heater, valves, and piping systems. - Ability to read P&ID drawings and SOPs (training will be provided). - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Willingness to work in shifts and handle physically demanding tasks. - Awareness of workplace safety, chemical handling, and 5S principles. In this role, you will work in rotational shifts (Day/Night) involving high-temperature processes, gases, and chemicals. The use of PPE is mandatory, and occasional extended hours or weekend work may be required based on production needs. If you possess a Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent education, freshers are welcome to apply, or 01 years of experience in any chemical industry is preferred.
