This manifest file contains approximately 30 fields, including company names, business details, dates, and signatures. Your attention to detail and legal acumen will be essential in ensuring the accuracy of this process. - Data Population: You will be responsible for accurately populating the manifest file with the correct values. Your ability to maintain precision and consistency in data entry will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of the information. - Data Verification: Once contracts are uploaded to DocuSign CLM, you will play a critical role in verifying that the data provided in the manifest file aligns with the information uploaded. Your thoroughness and diligence will be crucial in detecting and rectifying any discrepancies.
