Key Responsibilities:
We are hiring Trainee for our team. Supporting all Front Office staff, Supervisor, Catering, Housekeeping, Security, Driver and Room boy service adhering to the hotel's service standards. Proactively monitoring and managing guest satisfaction. Promptly resolving queries, requests and complaints. Ensuring safety and emergency regulations. Proficiency in English and Computer is preferable.

Training Period: 3-6 months (will get employed based on performance during training period)
