Trainee- Field Force Operations (CDM)

You will be responsible for making structural changes in both CRM and F&O on a quarterly and yearly basis. This involves receiving new HQ customer data from the field team, checking and updating the database, and ensuring that sales hierarchy, area type, area, and owner details are accurately reflected in the system. Your primary tasks will include managing and updating customer lists in CRM. You will also be involved in updating existing customer data, which includes details such as address, contact number, and email ID, in case of any changes. The Data Management & Analytics executive will be informed by the field team or direct customers to implement these updates in CRM. Additionally, you will be responsible for sales hierarchy mapping, where customers are mapped to field team members for daily reporting in CRM. The mapping requests will be initiated by the field team, and any confusions in mapping will require approval from the reporting manager. Moreover, you will be updating the Area and Area Type master to facilitate the CRM reporting process, aiming to assist the field team in implementing the Main Area concept during TP planning and reporting. This update plays a crucial role in Expense management. You will also be handling field team queries, providing timely solutions for managing customer records in CRM, coordinating with different departments to resolve issues raised by field team members, and guiding the field team on correcting current processes. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing various MIS reports to support the field team. Additionally, you will manage the 5S system in the workplace.
