Trainee F&B Service/GSA

We are seeking a Trainee F&B Service/ Guest Service Associate to come on board with us immediately. It is not necessary for the candidate to have prior experience working in a hotel or restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Ensure herbal water refilled and placed on the side station.
• Wipe the glasses and lay the covers.
• Maintain cleanliness at the work station.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Manager.
• Assist in the seating the Guest.
• Delight the guest by providing interactive services.
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food.
• Ensure cleaning schedule is adhered to and to the required standard.
• Supply of food to the guest room when it is necessary.
• Any other responsibilities which assigned by the management on time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
