Trainee, Expense AP

Job Description As a Finance Assistant at our company, you will be responsible for processing expense invoices, check requests, and expense reports regularly. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoices with a high level of accuracy. You will also perform monthly reconciliations of accounts and maintain multiple vendor accounts in compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will review and reconcile invoice discrepancies promptly, audit and process credits where applicable, and respond to and resolve vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications & Skills To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (or pursuing final year). You must have strong attention to detail and accuracy, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage time effectively while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of accounting software/tools is required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Your eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment will be highly valued.
