Trainee - AR Exports

As an individual in this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of pre-shipment documents such as invoices, packing lists, SDF, export declarations, BL instructions, and export incentives for custom filing purposes. Your tasks will also involve coordinating with service providers for shipping documents like shipping bill, BL, AWB, COO, and ensuring smooth custom clearance processes. Additionally, you will be arranging insurance certificates, fumigation, and heat-treated certificates as required. You will be required to apply for Certificates of Origin/GSP with the Export Inspection Agency when applicable and prepare post-shipment documents including Bill of Lading, invoices, packing lists, Shipping Bills, insurance certificates, fumigation/heat-treated certificates, and Certificates of Origin when necessary. It will be your responsibility to submit monthly export sales to AR and ensure alignment with the Oracle system. Furthermore, you will need to submit export shipment documents to the bank in accordance with RBI guidelines, share dispatch schedules and shipment documents with customers post-sailing from the loading port, and maintain records of sample shipments from various locations. Your role will also involve coordinating with plant-level teams for shipment readiness, negotiating freight rates with multiple service providers, and planning container logistics based on vessel cut-off dates and transit times to meet customer requirements. You should possess good computer knowledge, be adept at handling both pre and post-shipment documents, understand export incentive schemes, and have expertise in managing CHA/Freight Forwarder activities. Prior experience in export documentation will be beneficial for this position. Please note that this is an Off-Role Position.,
