Role & responsibilities

Investigate and resolve payroll related queries from employees promptly
Collaborate with the payroll team to address complex issues and discrepancies
Respond assigned queries with clarity and professionalism within TAT
Translate payroll jargon into easily understandable language for all employees
Stay up-to-date on client specifications
Demonstrate empathy and understanding in every interaction
Strive to turn every client query into a positive experience

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
