Trainee - Advertising Operations and Digital Marketing

You will be responsible for setting up ad campaigns, monitoring their performance, and optimizing them on different ad platforms. Collaboration with client teams is essential for effective campaign management. - Set up ad campaigns on publisher web pages using various ad-serving tools. - Monitor campaign performance, pull reports, and take screenshots as per client instructions. - Manage and optimize campaigns on different ad platforms. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - Strong communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. - Detail-oriented. - Knowledge of Google Ad Manager and DCM tools will be an added advantage. - Digital Marketing certificate will be a plus. If you are currently living in Bangalore, willing to work night shifts, and have a Digital Marketing certificate, you are encouraged to apply. We are particularly interested in candidates who can start within a week and are open to working from the office. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. During training, the stipend ranges from 12K-18K/month. After confirmation, CTC is 3 LPA + shift allowance.
