Role & responsibilities Teach English literature and language to students in grades [ specify grade levels, e.g., 6-10] Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, curriculum, and instructional materials Assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records Foster a supportive learning environment, encouraging students to participate and explore literary concepts Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide literacy initiatives Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in English B.Ed is mandatory Proven experience teaching CBSE Schools (preferably 2+ years) Strong knowledge of English literature, grammar, and language pedagogy Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs
