Job Title: Social Media Specialist Location: Agra Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Social Media Specialist to serve as the day-to-day point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and updating social media platforms, creating and publishing engaging content, and coordinating campaigns to increase brand awareness, grow audiences, and support sales goals. You will also be involved in regular reporting, research, client presentations, and collaborative campaign planning. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary daily point of contact for clients regarding their social media presence. Manage and update client social media channels including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Develop, schedule, and publish engaging, brand-aligned content tailored to each platform. Conduct regular research on trends, competitors, and best practices to inform content strategy and recommendations. Lead or participate in client meetings to review campaign performance, gather feedback, and understand new requirements. Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, paid media) to ensure timely and effective campaign execution. Support the development of social media campaign strategies based on client objectives and KPIs. Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages when needed, and escalate concerns as appropriate. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience working with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with paid social media campaigns.
