Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in trademark applications, drafting, and documentation
• Conduct trademark searches and prepare reports
• Draft notices, responses, and supporting documents
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients for required information
• Maintain case files, records, and timelines for trademark matters
• Support in trademark prosecution and compliance tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of trademarks or legal procedures is a plus
• Good communication and drafting skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work responsibly
