Position Overview We are looking for a Sales Executive with a strong background in logistics and freight forwarding to join our growing team. In this dual-role capacity, youll be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting logistics solutions through the JCtrans network, and helping businesses streamline their trade operations. This is a client-facing, target-driven role ideal for someone who understands international logistics, freight coordination, and trade dynamics. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new B2B clients needing international freight, shipping, and logistics solutions. Represent TradeFinders and JCtrans in sales presentations and business development meetings. Provide logistics and freight consultancy, offering tailored solutions via the JCtrans global network. Work closely with overseas agents and freight forwarders within the JCtrans ecosystem. Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the shipping process. Collaborate with internal logistics, operations, and sourcing teams to fulfill client requirements. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and logistics providers. Monitor shipping timelines, documentation, and customs processes to ensure smooth delivery. Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and customer feedback. Requirements Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry . Knowledge of international shipping , freight coordination , and customs clearance . Strong understanding of logistics documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Strong negotiation and client management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with or within logistics networks Existing client base in industries such as manufacturing, import/export, retail, or distribution. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
