Trade Monitor

As a Trade Monitor at NK Securities Research, you will play a crucial role in working closely with senior management on various tasks related to automated trading systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Starting and supervising automated trading systems for multiple exchanges and venues - Understanding high frequency trading strategies and adjusting strategy parameters during live trading based on market conditions - Building, testing, and deploying trading monitoring software to analyze strategy metrics in real time - Collaborating with Quantitative researchers and Software Developers to test or deploy updates in GUI, trading infrastructure, and strategies - Assessing live trading for risk and technical issues and responding promptly to unusual behaviors or market conditions In order to qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements: Must-Have Requirements: - Experience in Automated Trading Systems/Trading - Proficiency in Trading Operations and Market Monitoring - Ability to supervise Live Trades and manage Trading Infrastructure - Understanding of Risk Management in a Trading Context - Experience in Strategy Parameter Tuning - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred Technical Skills: - Basic knowledge of Linux - Proficiency in Python - Experience in Trading GUI Handling Ideal candidates for this position should: - Be flexible to work in rotational shifts - Demonstrate a reliable and disciplined approach to work - Have strong attention to detail - Possess excellent communication skills and fluency in English for business purposes - Have experience using end user computing tools like Microsoft Office and similar products - Hold a Bachelor's degree with professional experience in a related role at a stock broking firm Additionally, NK Securities Research offers compensation above industry standards for deserving candidates.
