Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn IT Support Engineer (Fresher) to join our IT team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who possess basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, computer hardware, and software. You will assist in providing technical support and ensuring the smooth functioning of the companys IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Assist in installing and configuring operating systems (Windows/Linux) and commonly used software. Support the setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, Antivirus and other devices. Troubleshoot basic hardware faults and software problems. Assist in monitoring network connectivity and troubleshooting basic network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi). Maintain IT inventory and keep records up to date. Collaborate with senior IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. Document support requests, solutions, and updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or final-year students awaiting results). Basic understanding of: Operating systems (Windows, Linux basics) Networking concepts (IP address, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP) Computer hardware components Common office software (MS Office, browsers) Strong interest in IT support and troubleshooting. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions. Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
