The main responsibilities for this role include: - Handling trade bookings and processing, trade confirmations, and contract notes. - Maintaining static and reference data. - Processing FX transactions (non-execution). - Updating and documenting procedures and process maps. - Managing day-to-day issues and queries from internal and external parties, escalating when necessary. - Coordinating with regional trade support groups, traders, and customers to resolve queries and issues. - Participating actively in UAT testing and change management. - Resolving reconciliation issues. - Acting as an authorizer and releaser for various systems. - Supervising and controlling daily BAU and projects. - Supporting projects, process, and system improvements for cost and efficiency savings. - Multi-tasking and delivering work on time. - Training new and junior staff on tasks, work development, or process changes. Requirements: - A graduate with 1-5 years of experience in the securities or related industry. - Direct experience in Asian markets or Middle office experience preferred. - Coordinating with front office and other support teams locally and globally to address trade-related enquiries and issues. - Knowledge of trade processing and contracting processes, procedures, and reference data. - Reconciling and validating trade capture activity in a timely and accurate manner. - Assisting in resolving trade discrepancies, failures, breaks, etc. - Developing standard processes to route customer queries for timely resolution. - Monitoring internal and inter-branch dealing to identify and escalate unusual trading activity. - Providing excellent customer service. - Identifying issues within processes and working with senior management to drive change and process enhancements. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience with operations systems commonly used in the securities industry like ALERT, OASYS, etc.,

The FX Prime Brokerage team in Bangalore, India, plays a crucial role as a Middle Office intermediary between Clients and External Brokers, providing support for FX products like Cash, Options, and Metals on a 24/5 basis globally. The team is responsible for client services such as booking, matching, monitoring client positions, settlement queries, reporting, and reconciliations. As a member of this team, you will handle tasks including booking, amendments, client communication, discrepancy resolution, query monitoring, and report generation for internal Global Relationship Managers. You will be responsible for trade activities, including trade bookings, reconciliations, controls, liaising with internal areas, resolving discrepancies, and exceptions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, external brokers, Front Office, Relationship Managers, and onshore teams will be crucial. Monitoring client Credit Utilization, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements, and avoiding operational risks are key aspects of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, a background in the financial services industry with knowledge of FX products and at least 2-3 years of related experience is required. Preferred knowledge in Forwards, Swaps, and Options products, as well as familiarity with DB's systems and processes, is advantageous. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and PC proficiency are essential. Additionally, you must have a strong customer focus, prioritization abilities, comfort in an international client environment, dedication to servicing a demanding client base, and effective communication skills.
