Description
As an Attribution & Tracking Specialist, you will be the go-to expert responsible for ensuring flawless tracking, attribution, and reporting systems for our clients across various advertising platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and email funnels. Your role is critical for our performance marketing team as accurate data leads to better decisions and higher Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Your key responsibilities will include implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Meta Conversion API (CAPI) and other server-to-server tracking setups. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate attribution and data flow across different platforms, setting up and maintaining Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4) for multiple clients, and integrating third-party tracking tools like Stape, Elevar, HiROS, and Wicked Reports. Additionally, you will audit tracking setups to identify and fix gaps, discrepancies, or misattribution issues. Collaboration with media buyers, web developers, and strategists is crucial to ensure tracking aligns with campaign goals. You will also develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide clients with clear, actionable insights. To excel in this role, you must have proven expertise in digital advertising attribution and tracking, deep knowledge of Meta CAPI, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models, third-party tracking tools, and the ability to diagnose and solve complex tracking discrepancies quickly are essential. Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset will be beneficial in explaining technical setups and solving problems effectively. Bonus points if you have experience in working with restricted industries, knowledge of Shopify/BigCommerce tracking setups, or familiarity with advanced API/webhook integrations.
