About the Role We’re looking for a highly skilled Attribution & Tracking Specialist who lives and breathes advertising analytics. If you’re the person everyone turns to when tracking breaks, conversions don’t line up, or data looks “off,” this role is for you. You’ll be the go-to expert responsible for making sure our clients’ tracking, attribution, and reporting systems are flawlessly set up and running across multiple advertising platforms. From Facebook and Instagram to YouTube, Google, and email funnels—you’ll ensure that every click, conversion, and event is properly attributed. This is a critical role for our performance marketing team, as accurate data = better decisions = higher ROAS for our clients. Key Responsibilities Implement, manage, and troubleshoot Meta Conversion API (CAPI) and other server-to-server tracking setups . Ensure accurate attribution and data flow across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, email funnels, and other platforms . Set up, configure, and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4) for multiple clients. Integrate and manage third-party tracking tools like Stape, Elevar, HiROS, Wicked Reports , and similar platforms. Audit tracking setups to identify gaps, discrepancies, or misattribution issues—and fix them. Collaborate with media buyers, web developers, and strategists to ensure tracking aligns with campaign goals. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that give clients clear, actionable insights . Stay updated on attribution trends, platform changes, and privacy regulations (iOS updates, cookie tracking changes, etc.). Required Skills & Experience Proven expertise in digital advertising attribution and tracking . Deep knowledge of Meta CAPI , server-to-server event tracking, and conversion APIs. Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (UA & GA4) . Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models and advanced funnel tracking. Experience with third-party tracking tools: Stape, Elevar, HiROS, Wicked Reports (or similar). Ability to diagnose and solve complex tracking/data discrepancies quickly. Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical tracking setups in simple terms. Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, with a proactive problem-solving approach. Bonus Points If You Have Experience working with restricted industries (CBD, supplements, etc.). Knowledge of Shopify/BigCommerce tracking setups. Familiarity with advanced API/webhook integrations.
