Track Lead (Node.js)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the API & micro-service development team using Node and related technologies to build scalable API gateways and microservices for the eCommerce platform. Your role will involve technical leadership, team management, project oversight, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize robust, scalable, and secure APIs and backend services using Node, Go, and Python. - Architect solutions for high performance, low latency, and scalability of the eCommerce platform. - Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and design principles. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers to achieve project goals. - Conduct Scrum meetings, performance reviews, and team-building activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Plan, track, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Act as the technical point of contact for stakeholders and present technical documentation. Qualification Required: - 14+ years of experience in microservice development, with a focus on Node, Go, and Python. - Proficiency in Node frameworks (e.g., Express.js), building RESTful APIs, and working with API Gateways. - Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, message queues, and event-driven programming. - Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), and containerization tools (e.g., Docker). - Technical qualifications in Node, Express, Go, Python, MongoDB, Redis, Varnish, CDN, API caching strategies, and application security. - Leadership experience, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution ability, and Agile/Scrum knowledge. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with cloud platforms. Additional Details: Experience in eCommerce or high-traffic domains, exposure to cloud platforms like Google Cloud or Azure, and familiarity with GraphQL and real-time communication protocols are preferred qualifications.,
