Track and Trace Coordinator

We’re looking for Track and Trace Coordinators with strong skills in tracking, customer communication, and real-time problem-solving.

Key Requirements:

• Must have hands-on experience in track and trace operations.
• Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with both drivers and customers
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and resolve issues on the spot
• Familiarity with tracking tools like Skybitz and Samsara preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up capabilities
• Proficient in using GPS tracking systems and dispatch software

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track shipments in real-time throughout the shift
• Communicate proactively with carriers and customers regarding delays or issues
• Ensure timely updates and accurate ETAs are shared with clients
• Maintain logs and records of shipment status and incident reports
• Collaborate with dispatchers and customer service to resolve problems quickly
• Ensure all updates are properly documented and systems are kept current
