You will work as a Project Quality Engineer for an ongoing project in Navi Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include reviewing project specifications and providing input to the Application team/Project for QA/QC requirements. You will be required to prepare a project-specific Quality plan, Inspection Test plan as per tender specifications, and Quality procedures & manufacturing procedures to be submitted to the customer as per project protocol. Additionally, you will prepare WPS, PQR, WPQ, and coordinate inspections, including raising notifications to customers based on Inspection calls from Vendors, arranging/joining inspections, and conducting witness stages, in-process, and final inspections as per the approved ITP. Your role will also involve ensuring timely submission of Project QA/QC documents, submitting the Final Manufacturing record book/Dossier, coordinating with suppliers for QA/QC submissions as per the contract, and conducting inspections of various equipment such as Storage Tanks, Piping, Rotary equipments, Package equipment, LV motors, Control panel, Painting/Coating/Rubber lining, non-metallic Piping, Instruments, and more. To qualify for this position, you should have a Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering. Desired skills include ASNT NDT LEVEL II, fabrication, TPI inspection, and experience in Water Treatment projects.
