ROLL AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring In-process inspection of ROTO Molding
Monitoring In-process inspection of Compression Fabrication partsMonitoring In-process inspection of PU FoamDimensional inspection of all machine fittings as per drawingsTPI Inspection of ROTO PartsPreparation of Welder Qualification Record ( WPS PQR ) as per standardDaily update inspection report in soft copy to ManagerDaily communication of major rejection to concern production HOD through mail.Daily first part approval report updatingEnsure Marking sticker on finish products by production person .Final inspection report issue.Closely monitor in-house defect and take action.Critical fittings 100% check and stick sticker on fittings.Monitoring the Inspection of RP material batch wise check.ISO / BIS / related record to be updateISO 9001 / ISO14001 related report updateReview of all three shift ok production and rejection in general shiftDefect monitoring and corrective action.5S responsibility.This job is provided by Shine.com
