Network Management: They maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals and clinics, to establish a network for cashless treatments and discounted rates. Customer Support: TPAs often provide customer support services, such as helplines and online portals, to assist policyholders with inquiries and claims. Record Keeping: They maintain accurate records of policyholders' claims history to help insurance companies analyze trends and make data-driven decisions. Coordination: TPAs coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, including policyholders, hospitals, and insurance companies, to ensure smooth claim processing and customer satisfaction.
