Job Description

TPA Coordinator- acts as a bridge between patients, hospitals, and insurance companies by managing the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) process for health insurance claims. Responsibilities include facilitating cashless approvals, processing claims, coordinating patient admissions and discharges, preparing billing documents, maintaining relationships with TPA and insurance providers, and ensuring compliance with insurance norms and policies. The role requires strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a good understanding of healthcare administration and insurance procedures.

TPA Executive- A TPA Executive role involves managing insurance claims and operations by acting as a liaison between patients, hospitals, and insurance companies, focusing on claim processing, pre-authorizations, bill reconciliation, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies. Key responsibilities include verifying patient coverage, submitting and following up on claims, obtaining necessary authorizations for treatments, and providing support to both patients and hospital staff regarding insurance-related matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹34,366.32 per month
