Job description
Roles and Responsibilities

• Should be well versed with processes of empanelment's, billing, recovery & refund of TPAs & corporates.
• Coordinate between patient and TPA for smooth admission and discharge process.
• Assist the patient/family members to fill the pre-authorization form and necessary consent forms.
• Forwarding the completed forms to the concerned TPA by mail and checking for

approval/rejection.

• Actively respond to any query / additional information asked by the concerned TPA regarding the treatment of the patient
• Verifying and checking payments received from TPAs and follow up for short payments, if any.
• Visit TPA offices whenever required to expedite payment process

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Graduate in any field from a recognised universityExperience: Must have more than 3 years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
