Job Title: Tour Consultant

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in travel or tourism industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages
• Plan detailed itineraries including flights, hotels, transport, and sightseeing
• Book travel arrangements using online platforms or vendor coordination
• Handle customer queries and provide support before and during trips
• Coordinate with travel partners (hotels, agents, transport providers)
• Maintain customer records and collect feedback after trips

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field (Degree/diploma in Tourism is a plus)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tour Consultant or in the travel industry
• Good communication skills in English (Malayalam and Hindi are added advantages)
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use booking tools or CRMs
• Strong customer service and sales skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
