Total Rewards Analyst - APAC & Africa

The position aims to deliver comprehensive Total Rewards initiatives and programs that align with the philosophy of providing attractive, fair, and equitable rewards. Your role involves communicating and implementing Total Rewards programs to ensure Brown-Forman remains a competitive employer while upholding our cultural values. You will serve as a Total Rewards ambassador, influencer, and educator, enhancing employees" understanding and appreciation of the Total Rewards offering. Supporting the Total Rewards needs within a designated business area, you will align with established strategies and policies. Your responsibilities include managing the Fleet program, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and serving as a subject matter expert for Global Job Levels, Compensation, and Benefits programs. Additionally, you will analyze trends, contribute to developing new rewards programs, and participate in various Total Rewards projects. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR or business experience, with a sound grasp of compensation theory and practices. Expertise in Total Rewards principles and design is essential, along with proficiency in creating financial models using Excel/Google Sheets. Your collaborative approach, strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and attention to detail will be valuable assets in this role. Fluency in English is required.
