Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and after-sales service. Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches with attention to detail and creative flair. Track sales performance, pipeline, and conversion metrics to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market insights to spot growth opportunities. Represent the brand in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Work closely with internal teams (design, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements. ⸻ Qualifications & Skills Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management (experience in fashion, lifestyle, or gifting industry preferred) is a plus. Strong understanding of sales processes and client lifecycle management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A creative bent of mind with the ability to understand fashion-driven client needs. Eye for detail and ability to deliver high-quality proposals and client interactions.
