Tosca Tester

As a Quality Engineer at Persistent Ltd., you will be actively involved in day-to-day Quality operation activities. You'll closely work with the team to tackle Script development, analysis, automation, understanding requirements, and other quality improvement ideologies. This role requires you to be involved in all stages of development including planning, designing, deployment, support, and primarily testing. You will need to coordinate with the onsite team when required and possess very good communication skills, both verbal and written. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with the team to tackle Script development, analysis, automation, understanding requirements, and other quality improvement ideologies. - Be involved in all stages of development (planning, designing, deployment, support, and primarily testing). - Coordinate with the onsite team when required. - Possess very good communication skills, both verbal and written. **Qualifications Required:** - Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/SCRUM Project Methodology & Software Testing Life Cycle [Preferably Azure ADO]. - Good experience in the design and execution of test cases and test scenarios. - Coordinating tasks with Scrum team, performing Regression testing for each new build of the application in different environments. - Working with QA analysts and software developers to find solutions. - Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium. - Maintain well-organized records of test results and generate historical analysis of test results. - Education: Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
