I don't know why but the staff's behaves like they are managers or owners nd worst experience in billing , electricity charges are skyrocketing they must know public aren't happy with there service ,daily at office time public nd staffs fight on monthly bill costs the last service provider was way better than them

They dont have manner how to talk with ladies.. Their services are also very worse.. It has been about 14hrs they have cut off the light and giving a false news about technical issue and plan maintenance.. They dont even receive calls.. The worse serive I have ever seen..
