Every alternate day there is powercut for 2 - 4 hours, and we recieve message after power gets restored. Also high rates are charged which is inappropriate. The alertness and punctuality you have on collecting bills please show same enthusiasm for providing efficient service.

Spacious and easily accessible due to road touched location. Staff is knowledgeable and likes to help with immediate solution or log the complaint. Office premises has space for 15-30 people to sit and wait for their turn. Security and safety measures are in place.

There are four counters 1 to 4 for bill payment, 5 to 8 no. Counter for customer service. Staff is good. It is located opposite to Bharat gear company. I went their for address correction. And it was done sooner after filling one form.
