Decent service provided by Torrent staff but I have faced wrong meter reading issues leading to unfair bills. But problem get resolved within a month.

They know how to loot people by giving insane electricity bills. The meter runs very fast. No one is going to solve your complaint.

I hv to visit d office to show my meter reading coz dey hv taken it wrong n given me an exorbitant bill...it shud b done by their staff to visit my place n verify it..this was twice in one year...why shud a customer visit for the service provider fault?
