Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and recommend solutions that align with their aspirations. Follow up with leads, maintain structured communication, and manage them through the sales lifecycle to successful conversions. Build trust-based, long-term client relationships that reflect our brand ethos and service quality. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless, high-touch customer experience. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales progress, and feedback to inform future outreach. Create detailed client personas based on past data — e.g., undergraduates, working professionals, global MBA aspirants — to refine messaging and targeting. Communicate our success stories through testimonials, videos, and case studies to drive credibility and impact. Support content efforts through blog contributions, social media posts, or webinars on relevant themes such as GMAT preparation, MBA admissions strategy, storytelling, etc. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a client-facing role. Strong communication skills — articulate, persuasive, and confident. Ability to follow through diligently, manage leads proactively, and convert conversations into outcomes. Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and a sharp eye for opportunity. Comfortable working independently as well as within a collaborative team setup. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Video Editor based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing video content, producing video projects, color grading, creating motion graphics, and incorporating graphics. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the team to create and refine video content, ensuring high visual quality and meeting project deadlines.
