Job Description

As a Tools Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for deploying new technologies, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and testing PC/server operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware. You will troubleshoot problems reported by users, support Web access and electronic messaging services, and ensure a secure systems environment. Additionally, you will provide infrastructure solutions based on application needs and expected growth, including the installation of new servers and maintenance of the infrastructure. You should be able to collaborate effectively with clients and other technical colleagues, working across all functional areas. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Furthermore, you may support one or more systems or applications of low to medium complexity with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility.
