Tool Room Operator

As a Tool Room Operator at Tech Vision Engineers, located in H-2/16 MIDC Ambad, near Shivkrupa hotel, Ambad Nashik 422010, your role is crucial in maintaining, repairing, and developing sheet metal, tools, and dies used in the manufacturing process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Operating a variety of machines such as lathe, DRO, surface grinding, and drill M/C operator. - Interpreting blueprints and work orders to understand specifications for tool production. - Maintaining accurate records of tool inventory, usage, and maintenance activities. - Repairing and developing tools and fixtures used in the manufacturing process. - Designing and repairing tools and fixtures to meet production requirements. - Troubleshooting issues and finding solutions to production problems. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in operating machines like lathe, W/C M/C, surface grinding, and drill M/C operator. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (Blueprint Reading). - Knowledge of materials and processes. - Physical strength for tasks that may involve lifting and carrying heavy objects. This is a full-time job opportunity with a work schedule of Monday to Friday.
