Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tool Room Technician with experience in cold forging to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of tools and dies used in cold forging processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality in production.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot cold forging tools, dies, and related equipment.
Conduct regular inspections to identify wear and potential issues, implementing preventive maintenance strategies.
Collaborate with the production team to support tool changes, setup, and process improvements.
Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure tools meet design specifications.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models related to tooling.
Perform welding, grinding, and other necessary fabrication tasks for tool modifications.
Maintain accurate records of tool maintenance, repairs, and inventory.
Assist in the design and development of new tooling solutions for improved efficiency.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards in all tool room activities.
