About the Company

We are a diversified engineering and manufacturing organization operating across three major verticals:

• Heavy Fabrication catering to Railway and Metro industries.
• Precision Stamping Parts serving the Renewable Energy sector.
• Machining Components specializing in Oil & Gas drilling components for global customers.

Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop press tools as per product and process requirements.
  
• Prepare and finalize detailed 2D drawings and 3D models with Bill of Materials (BOM) for manufacturing.
  
• Provide technical support during tool manufacturing, assembly, and tryout stages.
  
• Review and recommend tool modifications to achieve desired part quality, accuracy, and productivity.
  
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and supplier meetings to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of progressive, compound, and stage dies.
  
• Proficient in blank development, strip layout, and material utilization optimization.
  
• Hands-on expertise in CATIA, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD software.
  
• Knowledge of formability analysis and spring-back prediction.
  
• Accountable for tool performance from design phase through production release.
