Job Summary: The Tendering Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of competitive and compliant tenders. The ideal candidate will have experience in the oil & gas infrastructure sector and a strong understanding of EPC project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Identify and analyze new tender opportunities from government, PSU, and private sector clients. Study tender documents (NIT, BEC, BOQ, GCC, SCC, technical specifications) and prepare compliance checklists. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams to gather inputs for bid preparation. Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid submissions in line with client requirements. Ensure timely submission of tenders through online portals or physical submission. Maintain a database of submitted tenders, outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for clarifications and pre-bid meetings. Monitor tender amendments, corrigenda, and ensure bid compliance. Support in post-bid clarifications, negotiations, and contract finalization. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical/Civil) or equivalent. MBA is a plus. 2–5 years of experience in tendering or business development in the EPC or oil & gas sector. Familiarity with tendering norms of PSU clients like GAIL, IOCL, BPCL, ONGC, etc. & Pvt Clients Like, Adani, Reliance, Torrent, AG&P Pratham. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word; experience with e-tendering portals. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of hydrocarbon pipeline construction, HDD, and CGD project specifications. Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
