Job Title: TM1 Developer / IBM Planning Analytics Developer

Role Overview
We are seeking a TM1/IBM Planning Analytics Consultant with a minimum of three years of experience to design, develop, and optimize enterprise planning and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in TM1 rules, feeders (including persistent and conditional feeders), TurboIntegrator (TI) scripting, performance tuning, and hands-on experience with Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) for dashboarding and user interface development.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize TM1/Planning Analytics models, cubes, rules, feeders, and TurboIntegrator processes.Implement and troubleshoot complex business logic, including allocations, FX conversions, iterative calculations, and advanced feeder scenarios (persistent, conditional, and chain feeders).Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW).Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Optimize cube performance, manage feeders (including underfeeding/overfeeding, rule precedence, STET, conditional/persistent feeders), and apply best practices for memory and query efficiency.Automate data loads and parallel processing using TI scripting and ExecuteCommand.Document technical solutions and provide training to end users on both TM1 and PAW.Work in Agile/Scrum teams, participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
