Job Description

As an FPA Expense and Headcount Management Specialist, your role will involve: - Providing FPA Expense training and managing headcount documentation. - Standardizing and automating budget packages while creating a style guide for expenses. - Generating consolidated headcount model reports detailing gross hires, attrition, and transfers across all US departments. - Assessing forecast accuracy and providing recommendations for improvement, particularly related to headcount expenses. - Validating forecasts to ensure reasonableness and explaining any trend changes, including checking the output of Driver Based Forecasting. - Implementing calendar schedules for recurring meetings specific to the FPA Expense team, such as postmortem reviews, stand-ups, and general forecast syncs. - Handling scorecard reporting and automation tasks. - Providing support for earnings schedules as needed.,
